Yesterday, the Mpeople family all got together for a team-building day at Farm Adventure Ltd!
There were lots of laughs, as we herded sheep, pigs, raced tractors, took part in a bit of welly wanging, as well as egg-throwing competitions! The day was topped off with an obstacle course, that proved to be a highly competitive battle between Team Yorkshire 'The Yorkshire Bulls' & Team North West 'The North West Chicks'. The chicks, however, were no match for the bulls, who took the victory! Overall, it was an extremely fun and interactive day for all!
We're strong believers in encouraging our employees to work together as part of one big family! Team-building is so important in the workplace, as not only does it strengthen colleague relationships, but it improves productivity, employee motivation and, ultimately, workplace satisfaction!
